What if my order is damaged?
Email photos to jas@snivure.com within 1 week, and I’ll resolve it.
Can I cancel my pre-order?
Yes: full refunds are available until your order ships.
Why hasn’t my order shipped yet?
If your purchase includes a pre-order item, the entire order will ship once that item is ready. Fulfillment timelines are listed on product pages.
Refunds & Cancellations
Before shipping: Orders may be fully refunded at any time before they leave our studio.
After shipping: All sales are final. Orders cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
For damaged or incorrect items, please email jas@snivure.com within 1 week of delivery. After this period, additional shipping or replacement charges may apply.
Pre-Orders & Combined Shipments
Orders containing a pre-order item (such as a perfume or scratch-and-sniff card set) will ship together once the pre-order is ready. To receive in-stock items sooner, please place a separate order.
Shipping Information
All orders ship via UPS Ground. Need something by a particular date? Reach out: we’ll do our best to accommodate. Please note that Snivure is a one-person operation. Thank you for your patience with both me and UPS.
Address Accuracy
Please check your address carefully at checkout. If you need to update it, email jas@snivure.com immediately. Once shipped, packages cannot be redirected.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once UPS marks an order as Delivered, refunds or replacements are not possible. If your package goes missing, I can help you open a claim with UPS.
